What's Happening with Our Team:
This has been a great month so far. Ed was able to put two listings under contract within one week, receiving multiple offers on one of the properties. Tracey was able to help a close friend buy her very first home. Ben was able to help find his clients a home on the lake. He also was able to put 5 listings under contract with multiple offers for each listing. One technique we have done to help our sellers sell their homes is to utilize virtual staging to help buyers envision them living in the home. Here's some pictures to show you!
